When using this method to test surface wind speed, protective work should be done because the smoke is toxic and corrosive.
The noise will cause harm to the staff and carry out the noise test. If there is high noise, the fan of the ventilator used for indoor exhaust must be fixed outdoors, which can effectively reduce the harm to the human body caused by noise.
The noise test method is: use the noise analysis instrument to perform the detection at the operator's operating position, and the detection noise is not higher than 62 dB in accordance with the requirements.
The test of the electronic control system includes production standard configuration functions, control systems and load tests. The data obtained from the test should be recorded. The inspection of the water supply and drainage system is to be carried out after the installation is completed. It is also necessary to check whether the water supply and drainage are marked clearly, whether the selected materials are in conformity with the standards for laboratory use, and to make a good record of the tests.
The appearance of the Laboratory Fume Hood includes the appearance of the glass door, gaps and surfaces of the parts, and the ventilation system. Mainly check whether the glass door opening is flexible and whether the opening height is standard. Check whether the clearance of each department meets the clearance requirements of the production standards.
